Ms. Shejuti A. Ahmed is the Group Human Resource Director of IFAD Group. With the completion of her M.B.A. from American International University, Bangladesh, she commenced her career journey with The World Bank followed by BRAC and ISD. Ms. Shejuti has been at the forefront of the Human Resource Division (HR) of IFAD Group as she led the way for the planning and growth of the HR department as well as aligning other departments, resources, processes and systems with the strategic goals of the organization.
