Mr. Mahmudul Hasan Akhand, currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at IFAD brings over 3 years of valuable experience to the organization with a vast experience & knowledge of more than 16 years in HR profession. He has done his Post Graduation in HRM from Southeast University and Bangladesh Institute of Management.
Mr. Akhand is dedicated to aligning IFAD’s human resources strategies with its mission, vision and objectives, contributing to a positive work environment and supporting the organization’s success. Mr. Akhand has worked for a number of years as Head of HR department at Anwar Group, Star Ceramics and Kumudini Welfare Trust; Specialist-Employee Relation & Talent Management at Viyellatex and also worked as Specialist-Compensation & Benefit and employee services at Viyellatex; worked as Sr. MIS & IT Officer at Envoy Group; and worked as Project coordinator at Kranti Associates.
