Mr. Mahbub Baset joined IFAD Group during February 2023 as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the FMCG Division while double-hatting as Group CMO. He was promoted as CEO for the Internation Business Division from November 2025. With over 25 years of experience in multinationals such as Dabur International Limited and Reckitt Benckiser PLC, he brings deep expertise in Marketing, Brand Management, FMCG, and Trade Marketing. Mr. Baset holds an MBA in Marketing and an M. Com in Finance. He is known for his strategic vision and leadership excellence in home and overseas markets.
